ACB Nabs Naib Tehsildar Red-Handed While Accepting Bribe in Anantnag's Arwani

Anantnag, March 25: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday caught a Naib Tehsildar red-handed while allegedly accepting a bribe of ₹20,000 at Arwani area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
An official said that the accused, identified as Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Narbal in Budgam district, was apprehended by ACB sleuths during the act of taking the bribe.
The official further stated that the trap was laid following a complaint, and the operation was carried out swiftly and efficiently by the ACB team.
Further investigation into the case is underway, and more details are awaited.
