Advocate Zaman Irshad Parray Issues Open Letter to Kashmir's Youth, Calls for Direct Political Engagement

"PRESS NOTE"
KULGAM, June 3: Advocate Zaman Irshad Parray, Advocate at the J&K and Ladakh High Court, has issued an open letter addressed to the youth of Kashmir, urging them to unite and take a leading role in shaping the future of the region through direct political engagement and democratic participation.
In his letter titled "A Call to Direct Action, Unity, and Self-Determination," Parray expressed dissatisfaction with the traditional political system, alleging that established political parties have failed to effectively represent the aspirations and concerns of Kashmir's younger generation.
He called for the formation of a native youth-led political movement based on accountability, transparency, and direct dialogue with the Government of India. According to Parray, Kashmir's youth deserve a direct political voice in matters concerning their future, identity, and development.
