Medical Shop Sealed in Kulgam's Devsar for Violating Drug Norms

Kulgam, April 18: In a strict action against violations of drug regulations, authorities have sealed a medical shop in the Devsar area of Kulgam district.
An official said that Good Luck Medical Store was sealed after it was found involved in serious violations related to the improper maintenance of scheduled NRX drugs, along with breaches of conditions specified in its license.
He further stated that the action was taken following an inspection by the Drug Control team from Kulgam, in coordination with Kulgam police led by SHO Devsar. The team detected multiple irregularities during the inspection, prompting the immediate sealing of the establishment.
Authorities have reiterated their commitment to ensuring strict adherence to drug norms and warned that any violation will be dealt with firmly to safeguard public health, he added.
