Shopian Times Owner Ends Partnership, Issues Public Notice
"Ex-Partner Disowned; Any Use of Shopian Times Name or ID Declared Unauthorized, Public Asked to Report Directly"
Shopian, Apr 22: In a significant development, Shahid Manzoor, owner of Shopian Times newspaper, has officially announced the termination of his partnership with Feroz Ahmad Lone, a resident of Losidenow, Shopian, with immediate effect.
According to the statement, Feroz Ahmad Lone is no longer associated with the newspaper in any capacity and holds no authority to represent, act, or engage on behalf of Shopian Times. The owner has made it clear that any dealings, communications, or activities carried out by the said individual in the name of the publication will be deemed unauthorized.
Shahid Manzoor further stated that if Feroz Ahmad Lone continues to use the name of Shopian Times for any purpose, including the use of any identification card, documents, or any other material related to the organisation, he shall be held solely responsible for all such actions. The newspaper will bear no liability whatsoever in this regard.
He further appealed that if any such activity is reported or experienced by anyone, the concerned person should immediately contact the owner directly for clarification and necessary action.
